Operational Reality

Most execution delays are buried inside conversations.

Phone calls. WhatsApp groups. Follow-up messages. Spreadsheet updates. Critical operational signals often disappear inside coordination noise.

Coordination Noise

How many groups do you monitor just to stay informed?

Vendor groups. Internal teams. Production updates. Dispatch confirmations. QA follow-ups. Critical execution details slowly disappear inside endless message history.

Endless Follow-ups

Teams repeatedly ask: “Any update?” “Dispatch done?” “Material reached?” “QA approved?”

Important Signals Get Buried

Escalations, delays, rework, and commitments disappear inside long message threads.

Operational Memory Depends on People

When coordinators leave, operational history, context, and follow-up continuity often disappear with them.

Operational Trust

Taqaaza converts conversations into verifiable commitments.

Instead of searching through: calls, spreadsheets, and chat history, teams get: visible commitments, escalation visibility, verification history, and measurable rework. Taqaaza creates a structured operational layer at a fraction of the cost of dedicated follow-up and coordination resources.

Unified Visibility

One operational view.

Taqaaza consolidates execution visibility across teams, vendors, projects, and workspaces.

Step-by-Step Execution

Tasks are released in a 'Sequential Verification Flow'. Steps appear in a user’s list only when the previous stage is verified and sealed.

Attrition Protection

Mid-cycle handovers ensure data stays in your workspace. New hires get the full immutable history instantly.

Permanent Execution History

No more WhatsApp edits. Every handshake, photo, and delay is locked forever, ending "he-said, she-said" disputes.

Escalation & Rework

Automated triggers for delays directly feed your performance dashboard, exposing the real cost of quality failures.

Consolidated Reporting

A single Command Center for completion %, material gaps, and vendor commitments. High-level oversight without the Excel headache.

Unified Task Queue

Working with multiple stakeholders? See every global and local task in one list. One login, one view, zero tab-switching.

Frequently Asked Questions

A Workspace is your organization's private operating environment inside TAQAAZA. It contains your users, projects, vendors, audit logs, and settings. Each Workspace operates on a dedicated subdomain (for example, yourcompany.taqaaza.com), ensuring that your data remains isolated, secure, and under your control.

Technically there are three roles - Admin, Initiator and Users There is single Admin per workspace. And the Admin assign users Initiator roles to users that have privilege to create new Goals (Projects). At functional level users can work on multiple roles governed by the project initiator per project. Admin cannot participate in project and task execution directly.
Actor Role Core Responsibility System Authority
Admin The Workspace Custodian. Manages onboarding, security, and team permissions. Role Succession
Initiator Creates new projects and defines high-level intent. Starts Projects
Project Manager The tactical owner. Bridges the gap between intent and ground-level execution. Defines Workflow
Executor The vendor or worker responsible for production and progress updates. Submits Work
Verifier Quality Controller. Validates that work meets standards before moving forward. Approval / Rework
Closer The final authority. Confirms documentation is 100% complete. Seals the Log

TAQAAZA separates workspace administration from project execution to preserve accountability and audit integrity.

In larger organizations, the Administrator is typically responsible for workspace ownership, security, user management, and role assignment, while operational users perform execution and verification activities.

In smaller organizations, the same person may perform multiple roles such as Owner, Administrator, Initiator, Verifier, or Closer. TAQAAZA supports this naturally. The distinction is not about people—it is about responsibilities. Even when one person wears multiple hats, the system maintains a clear operational record of which role performed each action.

This approach allows the same operating model to scale from a small business with a single owner to a large organization with dedicated teams.

It is the digital agreement between an Executor and a Verifier. When work is accepted, the system seals a 'Handshake'—a permanent proof of delivery that eliminates "he-said, she-said" disputes.

You define the authority. The Verifier is typically the person paying the bill or the Project Manager. The system ensures that no task is 'Closed' until the Verifier accepts the proof provided by the Executor.

Traditional verification processes often depend on photos received through chat apps or credentials shared between individuals.

TAQAAZA is designed to reduce proxy verification by linking evidence submission to controlled workflows, device validation, and physical presence mechanisms. This makes it significantly harder to complete verification remotely without visiting the actual location.

Not all projects require digital evidence collection. Evidence requirements are defined at the project level by the project owner.

When evidence collection is mandatory, users must grant Camera and Location permissions while capturing photographs. TAQAAZA does not require continuous access to your location or camera. These permissions are only required during evidence submission and can be disabled afterward.

To help reduce proxy verification, TAQAAZA accepts only photographs captured directly through the application. Images uploaded from the device gallery or photographs without location information may be rejected, depending on the project's verification policy.

No installation is required. Your vendors interact with the Digital Expeditor through a standard web browser on their phone or PC. They simply click the link in their email to update progress or upload photos.

Vendors and internal users do not require an email address to perform assigned work inside a workspace. However, an email address is required if a user wants to receive task notifications, reminders, escalation alerts, or progress summaries. Both corporate and personal email addresses can be used for notifications. Many users prefer personal email accounts because they are already configured on their mobile devices. Users who wish to create their own workspace may do so using either corporate or non-corporate email addresses, subject to the applicable activation policy.

The Permanent Execution Record requires visual proof. A 'Handshake' is only valid when the Verifier confirms the work. If a vendor claims 50% completion, they must upload the evidence, which remains an Immutable Audit Log for the life of the project.

Yes. TAQAAZA is designed to work for both small and large teams. There is currently no limit on active users, concurrent sign-ins, or handshakes. Tasks can move between Executors and Verifiers as many times as necessary until the required outcome is achieved.

Yes. Taqaaza resolves 'portal fatigue' by automatically aggregating tasks from your local workspace and external principals into a single dashboard. You get a Unified Task Queue and a single daily email summarizing every action required across your entire professional network.

Taqaaza is built for continuity. Through Role Succession, It automatically transfers open work to the immediate hierarchy, in case your team member left the organization. This transfer an entire project's history to a new person. The new hire gets the full Immutable Audit Log, ensuring zero data loss.

Corporate domains help establish workspace ownership from the beginning. This allows organizations to evaluate TAQAAZA in a real operational environment while protecting workspace identity and reducing the risk of domain disputes later.

We view TAQAAZA as a Digital Expeditor rather than a traditional software subscription. The probation phase allows organizations to evaluate operational value before making a longer-term commitment, similar to hiring a new team member. In traditional software terms, you may think of these as Trial, Monthly Subscription, and Annual Subscription plans. We simply chose terminology that reflects the operational role TAQAAZA plays inside an organization.

Non-corporate email addresses can be created easily and in unlimited quantities. The one-time activation fee helps ensure that workspace reservations are made by serious users while protecting platform resources for active evaluations.

Corporate domains receive a 90-day pilot once per domain, helping organizations evaluate the platform without upfront cost while maintaining fair access to platform resources.

Your workspace and data remain available for 90 days after subscription expiry. This grace period allows organizations to complete internal approvals, renew their subscription, or export any required information. Data may also be permanently removed at any time upon the workspace owner's request.

The system will notify you as you approach your limit. You can scale your hire to a Monthly or Confirmed plan at any time. Any remaining 'Task Credits' from your probation period roll over.

For high-security manufacturing environments, we offer private database deployments. This ensures total Data Sovereignty within your own infrastructure. Please contact us directly for an On-Premises consultation.

Absolutely. Your dedicated subdomain ensures that your data is siloed. Unlike generic project tools, the Taqaaza Ecosystem prioritizes Data Sovereignty, meaning your internal logs and vendor histories belong exclusively to you.
