Most execution delays are buried inside conversations.
Phone calls. WhatsApp groups. Follow-up messages. Spreadsheet updates. Critical operational signals often disappear inside coordination noise.
How many groups do you monitor just to stay informed?
Vendor groups. Internal teams. Production updates. Dispatch confirmations. QA follow-ups. Critical execution details slowly disappear inside endless message history.
Endless Follow-ups
Teams repeatedly ask: “Any update?” “Dispatch done?” “Material reached?” “QA approved?”
Important Signals Get Buried
Escalations, delays, rework, and commitments disappear inside long message threads.
Operational Memory Depends on People
When coordinators leave, operational history, context, and follow-up continuity often disappear with them.
Taqaaza converts conversations into verifiable commitments.
Instead of searching through: calls, spreadsheets, and chat history, teams get: visible commitments, escalation visibility, verification history, and measurable rework. Taqaaza creates a structured operational layer at a fraction of the cost of dedicated follow-up and coordination resources.
One operational view.
Taqaaza consolidates execution visibility across teams, vendors, projects, and workspaces.
Step-by-Step Execution
Tasks are released in a 'Sequential Verification Flow'. Steps appear in a user’s list only when the previous stage is verified and sealed.
Attrition Protection
Mid-cycle handovers ensure data stays in your workspace. New hires get the full immutable history instantly.
Permanent Execution History
No more WhatsApp edits. Every handshake, photo, and delay is locked forever, ending "he-said, she-said" disputes.
Escalation & Rework
Automated triggers for delays directly feed your performance dashboard, exposing the real cost of quality failures.
Consolidated Reporting
A single Command Center for completion %, material gaps, and vendor commitments. High-level oversight without the Excel headache.
Unified Task Queue
Working with multiple stakeholders? See every global and local task in one list. One login, one view, zero tab-switching.

TAQAAZA separates workspace administration from project execution to preserve accountability and audit integrity.
In larger organizations, the Administrator is typically responsible for workspace ownership, security, user management, and role assignment, while operational users perform execution and verification activities.
In smaller organizations, the same person may perform multiple roles such as Owner, Administrator, Initiator, Verifier, or Closer. TAQAAZA supports this naturally. The distinction is not about people—it is about responsibilities. Even when one person wears multiple hats, the system maintains a clear operational record of which role performed each action.
This approach allows the same operating model to scale from a small business with a single owner to a large organization with dedicated teams.
Traditional verification processes often depend on photos received through chat apps or credentials shared between individuals.
TAQAAZA is designed to reduce proxy verification by linking evidence submission to controlled workflows, device validation, and physical presence mechanisms. This makes it significantly harder to complete verification remotely without visiting the actual location.
Not all projects require digital evidence collection. Evidence requirements are defined at the project level by the project owner.
When evidence collection is mandatory, users must grant Camera and Location permissions while capturing photographs. TAQAAZA does not require continuous access to your location or camera. These permissions are only required during evidence submission and can be disabled afterward.
To help reduce proxy verification, TAQAAZA accepts only photographs captured directly through the application. Images uploaded from the device gallery or photographs without location information may be rejected, depending on the project's verification policy.
Non-corporate email addresses can be created easily and in unlimited quantities. The one-time activation fee helps ensure that workspace reservations are made by serious users while protecting platform resources for active evaluations.
Corporate domains receive a 90-day pilot once per domain, helping organizations evaluate the platform without upfront cost while maintaining fair access to platform resources.
